Sergio is a coach who focuses a lot on technique. He is also really good at helping you build muscle awareness + able to target the precise muscles though the use of resistance bands and weight based exercises; gradually increasing the weights once you nail the technique.
To be completely honest, out of the 3 PTs I've had, he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals

He is honestly great at motivating me and helping me push myself to go beyond for my growth! That is the stuff I love the most about his coaching! You can literally ask for advice from him on anything about training including what to eat. He has wide knowledge of anything related that. Every time I asked him some questions regarding exercises, he answered straightaway and the answers gave me better understanding about training. Also, he will be very understanding that you also have life outside of gym so sometimes need to ask some adjustment. He is always cheerful no matter what, which is amazing! I highly recommend him for your trainer! Especially, if you're new to training based on my personal experience. DescriptionI met Sergio in June 2023 when I joined Goodlife. My plan was to keep doing my own thing but we had a couple of sessions and I really enjoyed working with him. He made every session challenging, and yet still fun, it was a no brainer to keep working with him, and I haven't looked back.
