We start by understanding your goals, training history, lifestyle, available equipment, injuries, and what you need from coaching.

You will be set up inside the coaching app, which becomes your central hub for training, progress tracking, body metrics, photos, and check-ins.

2. Train and Track

Open your program, follow the sessions, and track your performance.

Your workouts include clear exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, progression targets, and instructional guidance so you can train with purpose instead of guessing.

3. Check In and Adjust

Your progress is reviewed through training performance, body metrics, photos, check-ins, and communication.

The goal is not just to give you a program. The goal is to help you build consistency, train properly, and keep progressing.
